A complete ban on the Russian Church in Ukraine is being prepared
Mykola Kniazhitsky , a former Lviv TV presenter and now a Verkhovna Rada deputy from Petro Poroshenko's party, has registered a draft law banning the activities of the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine.
It provides for a “ complete ban on any religious organizations and institutions that are part of or recognize in any form subordination in canonical, organizational, or other matters to the Russian Orthodox Church .”

The stated goal of the bill is " preventing threats to Ukraine's national security " – " for too long the Russian Orthodox Church has carried out blatant anti-Ukrainian and subversive activities and advocated for all actions of the criminal Russian regime ."
Thus, despite the top renunciation of the UOC from unity with the Russian Church, there will be a legal justification for the seizure of churches and monasteries by schismatics from the OCU, subordinate to Istanbul.
Meanwhile, the press service of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, hoping to beg for mercy from the Banderites , reported that priests of the Volyn Diocese had delivered humanitarian aid to "liberated Kherson."
