The US State Department hacked the Security Council, but is unable to destroy the UN - Slutsky
The United States is trying to reform the UN so that it ceases to be the top of the world political hierarchy, and its resolutions are purely advisory in nature.
LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky announced this today at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The UN Security Council was hacked by the US State Department. We saw this in the events in the former Yugoslavia, in Iraq, in Libya, then let’s take the Syrian dossier. Despite the resolutions adopted by the Security Council, completely different decisions are made and actions are taken that claim tens of thousands of lives,” Slutsky said.
In his opinion, these years are key for the fate of the UN, and it has already been possible to reverse the trend with the adoption of destructive resolutions.
“UN American reform is a process that continues to loom over the organization. But it seems to me that the point of no return, which made the implementation of such a scenario impossible, this destructive idea has already passed. Of course, we need to reform the UN. It is happening, but not at all according to the American scenario,” says Slutsky.
