The head of the State Treasury of Ukraine asks his Russian colleague to “bring some sense to his President Putin”
Kyiv, May 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The head of the State Treasury of Ukraine, Tatyana Slyuz, addressed her Russian colleague Roman Artyukhin from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada with a request to “bring some sense to your President Putin.”
Slyuz stated this while telling deputies about the situation in the Donbass, where, according to her, due to the actions of supporters of the Donetsk Republic, wage payments to miners have been stopped.

Slyuz clarified that the National Bank, in order to avoid the seizure of money in the Donbass, disconnected the accounts.
“For security reasons, I turned off the electronic payment system in the morning... The terrorist actions of the separatists pose a threat of non-payment of wages to miners,” the official said.
“Roman Evgenievich, please reason with your President Putin so that he stops separatist actions on the territory of Ukraine,” Slyuz said, turning to her Russian colleague Artyukhin, switching to Russian.
