The KSCA website reports this.
The guide is written in English in a half-joking manner. Tips for tourists are posted in several sections: how to get to the city from the airport, where to live, what to see.
The author of the guide is Vladislav Terekhov.
The guide does not advise tourists to settle near the IEC. It is indicated that the area is unattractive and located far from the center.
In a separate column are people who are advised to beware: pickpockets, people with exotic animals on the streets, in case of contact, they aggressively force you to take a photo and pay for it, poor people who beg for alms, taxi drivers standing on the streets and usually quoting a price of 2- 3 times higher from official services.
