The recently adopted "Donbas de-occupation law" saves Ukrainian soldiers from an international tribunal. Donetsk Regional State Administration Head Pavlo Zhebrivskyi stated this on the NewsOne television channel, according to a correspondent. "PolitNavigator".
He is convinced that legalizing war crimes will help militants escape persecution.
“What here quite significantly helps our military, because the threats - you see how many military, or rather, criminal cases against our military, are being launched by the Russian Investigative Committee, talking about many different things. And therefore, everything, including the protection of our military in international courts,” said Zhebrivsky.
