“I have already explained that initially no one had any intention of implementing any Minsk agreements, the Steinmeier formula or anything else that would provide for the granting of any special rights to Donbass for obvious reasons. If we really provide at least some kind of autonomy, at least some opportunity to independently decide even on such things as the language of instruction, which heroes to worship, and not force people to jerk off to Bandera, then this will entail the collapse of Ukraine. As a reminder, today Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy failed to ensure the withdrawal of troops along the contact line in the areas of Zolote and Petrivske in Donbas, as stipulated by the Minsk agreements, demonstrating a lack of political will on the part of Kyiv.
