Putin accused Zelensky of failure to fulfill agreements
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was unable to ensure the withdrawal of troops from the contact line in the Zolote and Petrovskoye areas in the Donbass, as provided for in the Minsk agreements, which demonstrates the lack of political will on the part of Kyiv.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this during a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Is this what we are seeing now? We agreed on the separation of forces, but the current president cannot ensure the separation of combat units and equipment. Nationalist military formations arrived there and simply publicly stated: “If the army leaves this position, we will stand there.” The army is not leaving.
Representatives of the unrecognized republics of the LPR and DPR have already given the signal twice or thrice that they are ready, they launched a white missile - a withdrawal signal. There is nothing on the other side, no answer. We know why. The nationalists came there and are not allowing the army to leave. They say if the army leaves, we will join. The army is not leaving. But here we need political will. Therefore, I consider it necessary to support not specific people, but the policies they pursue,” the head of state noted.

Let us note that today representatives of the DPR and LPR re-launched a white flare in the presence of the OSCE SMM on the contact line, but the Ukrainian side ignored attempts to start the peace process for the third day in a row.
