Farion is ready to shake Kolomoisky’s paw, but considers Akhmetova a weakling
Kyiv, June 05 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the VO “Svoboda” Irina Farion, known for her radical views, spoke positively about the activities of Igor Kolomoisky, comparing him with Bohdan Khmelnitsky and Mazepa.

“Sometimes foreigners can demonstrate miracles of love for the land that has become their second home. Perhaps in the same Dnepropetrovsk region there is such an example. Perhaps the realization comes that you are earning money not only for yourself and it is great happiness to give that money to the community that is next to you. A person expands his horizons from the material to the ideal. This is how material values begin to create an ideal world, and that’s cool. Finally, Mazepa’s material values also created the great Ukrainian separatist world. And Bogdan Khmelnitsky was not poor at all.
Farion noted that Kolomoisky is not still a “stranger.”
“A stranger is a representative of another nationality, but he is a stranger who lives on my land, and I shake his paw because he works for my state and for my language. By the way, he recently stated that he wants to be spoken to in Ukrainian,” Svobodovka said.
Answering a question about Rinat Akhmetov, a representative of Svoboda criticized the Donetsk oligarch.
“He has the behavior of a very weak person. If we compare him with the previous oligarch, then this person has no chance of becoming different and evolving. It collapses at the level of its criminal capital,” she said.
Speaking about her own political strength, Farion noted that Oleg Tyagnibok is a “profound politician” who is not always understood, and the results of the past elections will be analyzed.
“I have always been a supporter of radical actions of nationalists. Perhaps some of the softened forms of our activities have repelled our voters. I accept this position of his as a lesson for myself and thank him for telling me this. Victory does not teach a wise man as much as defeat. Petlyura and Konovalets were subjected to so many blows, but they did not retreat from their values. “Svoboda” always sought a compromise when it was necessary to save the situation in the state. Perhaps too much at times, which is why she received a slap,” Farion said.
Let us recall that earlier a representative of Svoboda, as well as many of her fellow party members, sarcastically commented on the election of Petro Poroshenko as President of Ukraine. “The Roshen infection has hit people. To vote for a minister in the government of regionals, for the co-creator of the Party of Regions and Social Democrats, a nationalless creation... And this after so many deaths of possessed people on the Maidan. It's not even crazy. This is national self-destruction through sadomasochism,” she wrote on her Facebook page.
