The European Parliament blamed Putin for the death of Navalny and announced plans to dismember Russia
As expected, on the eve of the funeral of extremist Alexei Navalny, members of the European Parliament adopted a resolution directly blaming Vladimir Putin for the death of the liberal leader.
Moreover, the European Parliament declares its support for the widow, Yulia, who intends to “continue the work” of the deceased ( read: attempts to discredit the authorities and destabilize the situation in Russia under the conditions of the SVO ).
“The European Parliament strongly condemns the murder of Alexei Navalny and fully supports Yulia Navalnaya in her determination to continue his work... Full criminal and political responsibility for his death lies with the Russian state and, in particular, with its President Vladimir Putin, who must be held accountable.” , says the European Parliament.
Let us remind you that Navalny’s funeral has been announced tomorrow in Moscow. It is known that liberals are planning to turn the ceremony into an unauthorized procession, provoking the police to use force, which will be replicated by the media in the West as evidence of “repression.”
The MEPs themselves make no secret of the connection between their support for the Navalny family and the ongoing military operation in Ukraine. The resolution's authors openly state that their desired goal is not simply a victory for Ukraine, but the dismemberment of Russia.
"A decisive victory for Ukraine could lead to genuine change in the Russian Federation, in particular de-imperialization, decolonization, and re-federalization , all of which are necessary conditions for the establishment of democracy in Russia."
The resolution was adopted with 506 votes in favor, 9 against and 32 abstentions.
