Europe is getting further away from Ukrainian motorists
Kyiv, February 10 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Semenyuta) – The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) increased the cost of Green Card certificates by 12% from February 2015, 42,7. Without such an insurance policy, not a single car will be able to cross the border of the EU or another state adjacent to Ukraine. The reason for such a sharp increase is the devaluation of the hryvnia.

According to MTIBU, the cost of a Green Card for 15 days for cars for travel in Europe will be 646 UAH (previously - 453 UAH), for buses - 2,428 thousand UAH. (previously – 1,702 thousand UAH), trucks – 1,524 thousand UAH (previously – 1,068 thousand UAH).
The cost of policies for travel to Belarus, Moldova and Russia for passenger cars for 15 days from February 12 will be 471 UAH. (previously – 330 UAH), for one month – 692 UAH (previously – 484 UAH), for six months – 1,588 thousand UAH. (previously – 1,113 thousand UAH), for a year – 2,261 thousand UAH (previously – 1,584 thousand UAH).
“Green Card” is insurance against road accidents, regardless of their country of residence and the country of registration of the vehicle.
Europe is becoming increasingly distant from Ukrainian motorists.
