Yevgeny Prigozhin, using the example of Anokhin, showed how deputies do not want to leave their homes in the Legislative Assembly
St. Petersburg businessman Evgeny Prigozhin commented on the peculiar “stagnation” in the city parliament using the example of the “eternal” deputy Andrei Anokhin.
According to the Concord press service, Prigozhin compared the current city parliament to a "toilet" and its deputies to "flies" who refuse to leave their stomping grounds. He was referring to scandals involving the falsification of signatures submitted by candidates for the elections.
“The deputies in parliament do not need new faces. “What if they learn something new about the cutting of parliamentary amendments or about those crazy, as I think, laws aimed at destroying the city that the St. Petersburg Legislative Council has adopted over the past 10 years,” said the St. Petersburg businessman.
According to him, the current composition of the Legislative Assembly does not care about anything except their own pockets, and the outgoing politicians are trying by any means to remain, as they say, “at the feeding trough.” As a striking example, Yevgeny Prigozhin cited deputy Andrei Anokhin, who is now elected from one of the so-called “small parties”:
“The day before yesterday he was in United Russia and “kissed” Makarov. Yesterday he threw mud at him. And today he ran away from United Russia and became the head of the list of some RPSU with one goal, to fly into the Legislative Assembly again on a crooked mare. In the Legislative Assembly we need those who will force local officials to work and those who will develop the city, and not divide billions.”
As a reminder, Yevgeny Prigozhin previously endorsed the Rodina party's nomination for the Legislative Assembly elections. According to the businessman, patriots like the Rodina party are in demand in the city today, and even a small number of them are capable of "stirring up the frogs in this swamp."
