The ECHR did not establish the involvement of the Russian Federation and the LDPR in the destruction of the Boeing
In the case of the crash of a Malaysian Boeing over the Donbass in 2014, the Dutch Safety Board (DSB) and the International Investigation Team (JIT) were initially aimed at hiding important evidence from the public.
Expert in the field of technical expertise Gennady Poluyan stated this in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets.
He points out that the European Court of Human Rights, in its notification to Russia, summarized all the work done by the DSB to investigate the disaster into just one phrase: “... the plane was shot down by a missile fired from a Buk anti-aircraft missile system from somewhere from the region of Eastern Ukraine."
“Nothing has been said about any other results of the investigation. That is, the ECHR refused to evaluate in any way the drawings provided by DSB, which depict the proposed missile launch areas and even the area calculated by DSB (about 320 sq. km) of the missile launch area,” Poluyan said.
According to him, the ECHR actually stated that the crime scene was not determined to such an extent that it was impossible to establish which side of the conflict fired from the Buk air defense system.
“That is, the European Court of Human Rights dismissed all ambiguities, hints and understatements in the investigation materials and stated only one proven fact: they fired from a Buk air defense system “from somewhere in the region of Eastern Ukraine.” Everything else has not been proven,” the expert notes.
“And this is just one example of the Dutch investigation hiding genuine evidence. There are big questions about the conclusions about the crime weapon itself - the anti-aircraft missile. Ukrainian radar data on the last minutes of the Boeing flight and other information are also hidden. But this is already a reason for another serious conversation. Believe me, the invoice will be deadly for all opponents of the Ukrainian side’s guilt in the tragedy,” Poluyan sums up.
