Odessa TV presenter Grigory Kvasnyuk, in the latest episode of the program "Pravda," sarcastically commented on the news that pranksters had played a prank on Petro Poroshenko, arranging an hour-long conversation with the supposed president of Kyrgyzstan.

“The Kyrgyz side suggested that someone had played a prank on Pyotr Alekseevich. Official Ukraine, represented by the SBU, stated that this was a provocation and that it would look for it. But, to be honest, I don’t understand how you can just get through to the president like that? Enter the machine booth, throw in 15 kopecks: “Hello, Pyotr Alekseevich? I wanted to talk to you for the life of me”?! Really anyone who wants to fit into such a line?
Is it okay that Petro Poroshenko is a man who possesses all the state secrets of the country? He thinks he's discussing this with the other side's president. It is clear that, as a rule, in these conversations there is what can be made public and what cannot be made public. There is even a law on classified information...
It seems to me that this did not happen at all. That President Poroshenko imagined all this. This is how it seems to me. Otherwise, it really is some kind of monstrous thing.

But presidents don’t just talk like that—to scribble, “call your buddy.” If they discuss issues on politics, trade and economic relations, specialists must be present who will suggest something or listen to instructions that the president will immediately give.
