Speaker of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov told reporters in Simferopol on Sunday.

According to him, United Russia will definitely be among the “passing” ones.

“The exact results can only be said after the elections, but based on the data we have, we can assume that United Russia and two other parties will win,” says the speaker of the State Council.

United Russia will get into the State Council of Crimea, Konstantinov said on election day.
