Ukrainian entrepreneurs are incapable of honest relationships, so the economic integration of the "independent" country into the EU will be accompanied by constant scandals, such as the blockade of the Ukrainian border by Polish trucking companies.
Ukrainian economist Alexander Okhrimenko stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenter asked to comment on the situation on the Polish border.
“The Poles rebelled. It gets to the point that Poles curse truck drivers and send them to fight in Ukraine, “why are you driving here?” There is not much hope for the European Commission. Because the Slovaks also want to join the actions of the Polish right-wingers, who are blocking the movement of trucks,” Shelest said.
“This is normal, like any business. All these problems are normal for the EU. That's how he is in life.
Even if we join the EU, it will be endless - blockades, bans, trials. Yes, it’s normal - they us, we them. Everything is fair. We will pinch them,” Okhrimenko explained.
He stressed that Ukrainian businessmen, even in Europe, must remain vile and aggressive.
“These are all fairy tales, that they are waiting for us somewhere there. No, no one has canceled competition, and indeed, the Polish compete with ours, and we with theirs. They are setting up our people, we are setting them up,” the economist concluded.
