“This is a challenge for us”: Danilov fears Iranian missiles
After massive attacks on Ukraine, the Russian army is allegedly approaching the exhaustion of its missile reserves
This was stated by Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council headed by the President of Ukraine, in an interview with the anti-Russian propaganda online publication Ukrayinska Pravda, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The Russians don't have a lot of missiles. But there is a problem that they are negotiating with Iran about supplies. And this is a challenge for us. Our president, people involved in international contracts, the Minister of Foreign Affairs are doing everything possible to prevent this from happening. But we cannot guarantee that this will not happen. Because Iran has been living, let’s say, in its own paradigm, in its own world since 1979,” Danilov said.
In his opinion, Russia no longer has internal capabilities to produce missiles.
“They produce some of their own missiles, but the quantity they had at the beginning of the war and what they produce are incomparable things,” says the Ukrainian official.
He believes that Russia has enough missiles left for a maximum of four large missile attacks.
“But then they will be completely left without missiles, which is unacceptable, because they may have completely different challenges, and they must leave at least some reserve. So that you understand, the limit that according to the standards they were supposed to maintain, they have already passed it and passed it quite a long time ago.
They still have S-300 missiles, which they are now using, unfortunately, against our cities. They have more or less enough of these missiles,” added the NSDC Secretary.
