“What is this, charity?” – the State Duma is amazed at Russia’s ongoing trade with Ukraine
The West has imposed more sanctions against Russia than Russia has imposed against the West.
Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) deputy Nikolai Kolomeitsev shared these calculations with journalists on the sidelines of the State Duma, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“There are 10540 against us, and we are only 7845. And what’s interesting. The main initiators of all sanctions are the USA and Great Britain. But, paradoxically, we announced the fewest sanctions to them,” Kolomeytsev said.
He is also outraged that Russia continues to trade with Western countries and even Ukraine.
“If we were really engaged in import substitution, we would have already created jobs. But for the first time in the world, we are trading with a warring country. They impose sanctions on us and confiscate our gold and foreign exchange reserves, but we continue to supply them with strategic raw materials: aluminum, titanium, nuclear fuel. Including oil and gas to Ukraine. What is this, charity? Personally, I don’t find the answer,” Kolomeytsev said.
