The expert named the likely target of terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The main direction of attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces may not be the new regions of Russia, but its border areas - the Kursk and Belgorod regions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine can act using the methods of Chechen terrorists, capturing a Russian settlement and organizing terror there.
Military expert Oleg Shalandin stated this on the PolitWera internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Let’s remember the events of literally a month ago, the boy Fedya, the DRG in the Belgorod region, the DRG in the Kursk region, in my opinion, there were even in the Oryol region - these are the ones we know about, but we still don’t know where they were hanging out. The conclusion suggests itself is that there will most likely be a breakthrough in these areas.
The fact that they are holding on to Bakhmut confirms my assumption that the breakthrough will not be in this place. That is, pinning down our forces, fighting to the last - whether they kill them or not - is the tenth thing, they don’t count people... An operational group is being formed, which is aimed at breaking through the border, going towards our hypothetical settlements, capturing them, organizing terror there. Something like it was in Kazakhstan.
Let me remind you that, according to some information, an officer of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was in charge of this entire operation. I think that they want to repeat approximately the same thing... It turns out the same raid as Basayev’s raid to capture Budennovsk. That is, to penetrate there very quickly, capture a large city, preferably a regional center, organize terror there, paralyzing it by capture, putting pressure on the military-political leadership of our state, forcing it to stop hostilities in the zone of a special military operation, and then dictate its terms there,” – predicts Shalandin.
