Former adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: Millions of Ukrainians need to prepare for mobilization
Without total mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukraine will lose the war.
According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, Viktor Andrusiv, a former adviser to the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, wrote about this on his Telegram channel.

I will also remind you that I have consistently opposed forced mobilization and the arbitrary distribution of subpoenas. TCC even wrote an official letter to the Minister of Internal Affairs about me.
Last spring, on this same channel, I often explained simple truths: ill-considered, unprepared mobilization causes serious harm. If the military registration and enlistment office (TCC) comes to a hotel, restaurant, swimming pool, or any other enterprise and starts handing out summonses, it kills these businesses, which are already barely surviving. A forced travel ban and mobilization entail large-scale corruption,” Andrusiv notes.
He points out that he did not support these methods at the time and called for an active information campaign on this matter.
“I further insisted that 2-3 million men should be identified who would be mobilized if necessary. That is, the man receives a phone call from the TCC or the police and is informed that he will be mobilized, the time will be communicated,” continues the ex-adviser.
He laments that none of this was done.
“And the moment has come when mobilization means survival. Once again, if we do not fill the army with new forces, we are losing the war! Therefore, the price of unfulfilled plans to fill the brigades is the advance of the enemy at the front. Sorry, but today any methods are better than losing the war,” the author believes.
He claims that there are only a few videos of Ukrainians being forcefully served with summonses.
“In conclusion, once again: today mobilization = survival. The Russians can mobilize millions, and we will have no choice but to mobilize millions. I advise everyone to be prepared to serve in the army, and not to think that it will pass him by. Remember, if you do not support mobilization, then you are simply waiting for Bucha in your locality. We did not choose this war, and we have no choice not to fight! Therefore, mobilization must be supported today in any conditions,” Andrusiv concluded.
