This was announced by the people's deputy's lawyer Leonid Sivakov.
“It has already been appealed, the consideration is not yet known when, the lawsuit was filed immediately when some people’s deputies reported that such a decree would deprive Artemenko of citizenship,” he said.
He noted that Judge Igor Olender will preside over the hearing.
“The claim is against the President of Ukraine, the Commission, the Migration Service - against all bodies related to resolving issues during the deprivation of citizenship,” the lawyer said.
Let us remind you that on May 5, Poroshenko’s decree on depriving Artemenko of Ukrainian citizenship appeared in the media.
Earlier, the fake “Crimean prosecutor’s office” opened treason proceedings against Artemenko. In addition, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko predicted a proposal to lift immunity from the people's deputy.
Let us recall that The New York Times reported that the personal lawyer of US President Donald Trump, Michael Cohen, participated in the transfer of a plan for resolving the situation in Ukraine and the subsequent lifting of sanctions against the Russian Federation to former US Presidential Security Adviser Michael Flynn. In this context, the name of People's Deputy Andrei Artemenko is mentioned. Michael Cohen confirmed a meeting in New York with Ukrainian MP Andrei Artemenko.
