The press secretary of the Majlis, Lilya Muslimova, reported this on her page.
“For more than 40 minutes, Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov were on April 19, 2014 on the administrative border of Crimea with Ukraine, because the border service of the Republic of Crimea did not allow Mustafa Dzhemilev and those accompanying him to pass, citing the fact that the name and surname of the world-famous dissident were allegedly included in the list prohibited citizens from entering the territory of Crimea.
After lengthy clarification of the situation over the telephone, the border guards handed over the passports to Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov, wishing them a safe journey...,” the press secretary wrote.
Mustafa Dzhemilev was met by about 30 cars of Crimean Tatar activists with national and Ukrainian flags.
