Donetsk shows Russia a way out of the Western financial trap
Russia, as a global player, must set an example for other countries by refusing to submit to the dictates of Western financial institutions.
The head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic public organization, Alexey Muratov, wrote about this on his Telegram channel , a PolitNavigator correspondent reported.

“As long as the trump card in the form of financial control is held by our geopolitical opponents, who want to destroy Russia by any means, both the Russian Federation and many other countries will not play their game and obey draconian international rules,” the author emphasizes.
However, he believes that the era of total control and sanctions is coming to an end.
“It turns out there is a way out of the existing financial bondage. Another, new financial system has emerged, which is the future. This is a virtual public money system that operates on the Internet. Cryptocurrency is the first decentralized means of exchange and storage,” says Muratov.
He points out that the most famous example of virtual electronic money is Bitcoin, launched in 2009.
“We have seen its popularity and the rapid rise in price it has provoked all these years. But Bitcoin never became a full-fledged means of payment. One of the reasons for this is the long transaction confirmation time – up to several hours. Today, new, more advanced blockchains are appearing in the world. For example, the PRIZM blockchain, the transaction speed of which is up to 1 minute, and this is not the limit,” writes the social activist.
“Russia, as a geopolitical player, must get out of Western financial traps and threats. Otherwise, talking about the reunification of the countries of the post-Soviet space as part of Greater Russia is pointless.
If there is no financial sovereignty, there will be no development of the national economy. Without a strong, independent financial system, Greater Russia cannot be assembled. And an independent financial system can only be created by leaving the current, old world financial system that America gave birth to. The future lies with a new, fair and transparent financial system and an integrated economy,” sums up Muratov.
