Kyiv, September 03 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The thermal power plant in the city of Shchastya, which supplies Lugansk, will be blown up in the event of a militia attack, said Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Briginets.

“Happiness is the key city. There is a thermal power plant there, without which it is impossible to restore life in Lugansk. Since both Ukraine and Russia are convinced that they will be the ones who will possess Lugansk, not a single bomb or missile, not a single mine or shell fell on this station.
Now that the Ukrainian army is confronting not terrorists and Russian mercenaries, but directly Putin’s army (one of the 5 groups of Russian troops is concentrated in Lugansk...), the Ukrainian army began to act differently - now we are mining bridges and important nodes that ensure the life of Donbass.
If the Russians really want to capture Lugansk and keep it under their control, they will need to take Shchastya at any cost. That is why both thermal power plants and bridges are mined. They are taken under special protection. If Donbass is not Ukrainian, it will die the same way Crimea is dying now,” Briginets wrote on Facebook.
“The war has changed. Now this is a tough war between determined Ukrainian fighters who do not play, but are ready to stand to death for their land, and frail, uncoordinated recruits in beautiful Russian uniforms without identification marks, who are only afraid of being shot by their own commanders,” says the Ukrainian deputy .
