“We’ll prove it to the West”: missiles are urgently needed for combined strikes in the depths of the Russian Federation – battalion commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
We need to carry out more strikes on oil refineries deep within Russia so that the West sees that nothing major will follow from Moscow – and we can transfer long-range missiles to Ukraine so that we can switch to combined attacks with UAVs.
This was stated on air by the commander of the Achilles strike unmanned aerial complexes battalion of the 92nd Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade named after Ataman Sirko of the Armed Forces of Ukraine , Yuriy Fedorenko , on the air of Ukrainian Radio, as reported by a correspondent of PolitNavigator.
"It's quite important for us to demonstrate, including to the West, that the devil isn't as bad as they paint him. That we can strike Russia quite deeply into their territory without any global consequences, other than depriving the enemy of capabilities. This is a signal to our international partners that Ukraine needs to receive long-range missiles as well . Because the most powerful firepower we can deliver against the enemy is achieved through a combination of attacks, when we strike their facilities, such as oil refineries, and military installations, using combined influence—as they do, that is, missiles, plus long-range UAVs. This yields the maximum result," the militant reasoned.
He is confident that in this way it will be possible to “destroy” Russia.
"Although many analysts say Russia is very strong economically, has enough money, and they don't care, they can hold out for a long time yet, a drop forms a stream , and a stream becomes a large, powerful river. Therefore, such attacks are the droplets that give us the opportunity to work systematically , to join the stream. And a river, especially a mountain river, is a force of nature that can sweep away any obstacle. And I am confident that we can also destroy the Russian Federation in this way, step by step," the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier exclaimed.
