Representatives of the DPR handed over to the Ukrainian side the body of a Ukrainian Armed Forces saboteur who died during an attempt to break into the territory of the Republic.
The DPR Representative Office to the JCCC reported this on its official Telegram channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today at 13:50 in the area of the Aleksandrovka checkpoint, with the participation of the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC and in the negotiation process, the body of a military serviceman of the Ukrainian Federal University was transferred, who, as part of a sabotage group, tried to penetrate our territory in the area of the village. Dokuchaevsk.
Previously, the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC and in the negotiation process ensured a ceasefire for the implementation of search activities. We also provided additional security guarantees for the transfer of the body to the Ukrainian side across the contact line in the area of the Oleksandrivka checkpoint.

As a reminder, Eduard Basurin, the official representative of the DPR operational command, previously reported that a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group was discovered and neutralized during an attempt to break into DPR territory, three Ukrainian servicemen were wounded and one was killed.
