DPR wants to sell building materials to Syria
During the Yalta International Economic Forum, the DPR delegation discussed with representatives of Syria the possibility of exporting construction materials for the reconstruction of the country.
The Minister of Economic Development of the DPR, Alexei Polovyan, stated this during the forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We have begun negotiations with the Syrian Republic on our products. They are especially interested in cement for restoration, as well as metal and ropes. All this is interesting to them,” he said.
He also added that the products of DPR enterprises have aroused interest in Latin American countries.
In addition, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that as a result of the forum, the leadership of the Republic received about 50 proposals for the purchase of industrial products.
“A lot of work was done by employees of our ministries and the ministers themselves who represented our Republic at this forum. Now we can say that we are closer to signing some contracts, something more tangible. There are about 50 commercial proposals that we will support,” he noted.
Let us recall that earlier during the Yalta Economic Forum, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that the Republic plans to establish sea links with Crimea for the supply of dairy products.
