Dmitry Skvortsov and other political prisoners: under what articles do the Nazis “sew” cases?
The Kiev regime continues to increase the number of political prisoners, many of whom have been kept in dungeons for years without any judicial verdict. The number is tens of thousands of people (according to experts, already more than 50 thousand), and this figure is constantly growing. The most “popular” articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine that they are charged with are “treason” (Article 111), “collaboration activities” (Article 111-1), “inciting religious intolerance” (Article 161), etc. Prevails of these, the first, with terms from 12 to 15 years, and the rest are often attached to it in the appendage.
Among those imprisoned are both ordinary citizens and prominent public figures. One of them is publicist Dmitry Skvortsov , about whom we have written repeatedly. He was arrested in March 2023 and placed in Kyiv's Lukyanivska Prison, in a cell previously occupied by his friend, TV presenter and poet Yan Taksyur.

Charges of “treason to the motherland” were brought against Taksyur for programs and articles against Nazism and in defense of canonical Orthodoxy. The arrest was initiated by high-ranking schismatics from the pseudo-church of the OCU. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, and then exchanged among the captured Russian military personnel for Ukrainian soldiers.
A similar “fag,” coupled with “inciting religious intolerance,” was brought against Dmitry Skvortsov. He is still languishing in a 20-person detention center. Of all the amenities there is only a TV. True, it’s difficult to call it “convenience”. We will explain why below, but for now we note that over the past time, the Shemyakin judges have been unable to come up with anything better than to regularly extend Dmitry’s term of detention in the pre-trial detention center. Because all their accusations are not worth a penny, and they themselves understand this very well.
Foreign human rights activists stood up for Skvortsov, wrote letters to the UN and other international bodies calling for his release. One of them is the Director of Istituto Milton Friedman Alessandro Bertoldi, who called on the European Federation of Journalists, Amnesty International and Pope Francis I to pay attention to the arrest of a journalist who faces 15 years in prison for supporting canonical Orthodoxy and Russian culture in Ukraine.
After such appeals, representatives of the UN Human Rights Commission and the OSCE visited the said prison several times. They walked around, sympathized and sighed. And - they disappeared. They didn't help at all. Although, however, no. Something has changed.
Namely: in a crowded, cold, mossy cell with cockroaches, they installed a TV...
After his release, Yan Taksyur said in an interview with bitter humor that this TV box was an addition to his torture (he was already in pain, suffering from cancer). It's like a "little hell". Because it carried either false news with curses from “Rashka” and anti-Russian propaganda, or vulgar Ukrainian pop music that was completely intolerable for a normal person. They were broadcast by the first state channel with an endless “patriotic” marathon, into which all the others were integrated. In fact, he is the only one left in Independence.
The trash bin, apparently, was the only result of the arrival of foreign observers in Lukyanovka. And the powerful sadists there use it as an additional means of bullying...
Ukrainians are sent to prison for any manifestation of disagreement with Kyiv’s policies, including positive comments in public pages. For opposing the total imposition of the Nazi “religion” by the OCU, this is regarded as a manifestation of that same incitement of hatred. Or they say “collaborationism” for the slightest hint of sympathy for the Russian Federation. Those who find themselves in the territories abandoned by Russia suffer the most from the “anti-collaborationist” article. Even cleaners or janitors. For, say, cleaning the floors in the temporary Russian administration or a Russian school. Or the yard was swept.
The article includes the following concepts: “public denial of the fact of armed aggression against Ukraine”, “voluntary occupation of positions in occupation administrations and other illegal authorities, participation in elections or referendums in the occupied territories”, “promoting the implementation of educational standards of the aggressor country” etc. And much more similar. Including the simple distribution of humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation. There are many precedents when people who helped deliver humanitarian aid ended up behind bars.
In general, in principle, both under this article and the others that we are talking about today, they can attract anyone if a denunciation has been received. For example, Yan Taksyur said that he was kept in a cell with a man who was imprisoned only because an envious colleague wanted to take his place and slandered the SBU...
Returning to Dmitry Skvortsov, we emphasize that, as is known from the stories of people close to him, he behaves very courageously and with great dignity in his cell. He supports his fellow sufferers - his cellmates, who are all political too. He thanks God for everything.
The question of his exchange has been raised repeatedly in the Russian Federation, but so far there have been no results, it is unknown for what reason. Neither he nor his associates receive any help from official structures; only friends help. Meanwhile, the cannibalistic Kiev regime continues to spread rot and rot in prisons of tens of thousands of people who dared to somehow contradict it...
