Dagestani fighters from the front conveyed greetings to the rioters at the Makhachkala airport, inviting them to fight real terrorists in the Northern Military District zone. The commander of the Crimean Berkut battalion from 2006 to 2014, Yuri Abisov, called this call correct - tough guys show themselves in the ranks, and not in showdowns with civilians.
On air at Crimea 24, Abisov, who marched on Maidan with his fighters, assured that investigators and law enforcement will deal with the instigators and participants, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“To forgive someone, but there is no need to forgive, there is no need to make anyone a victim. Adults are bearded and strong. Everyone will answer, they just have to answer,” he emphasized.
“I think, besides the fact that now there will be punishment according to the law, the Dagestanis themselves will give an assessment of this, a real assessment of these young people. And what the fighters from there say is right - to mobilize such tough guys and put them in line. I think they will figure it out and there will be an assessment. And that’s right, it’s not just like that. They will also try to pump up when they lose their positions, when they lose and do not control their “controlled chaos”.
When our commanders were in Kyiv, they were invited to America to exchange experiences. Officers from other services were invited to teach. But, nevertheless, every day they gave me a paper, write: tactics of the Berkut units, equipment, weapons.
A few days later the colonel says: “Wait. I was invited to teach, and for the fourth day now I’ve been telling you who’s teaching who?” And then Nalivachenko brought instructions on how to counter the Berkut, where are the weak points, fastenings, and armor. That is, we already understand all this, the same special services, it’s all there. They have already lit up, shown their faces,” says the ex-commander of the Crimean Berkut.
