The Central Election Commission of Ukraine was convicted of violating the Constitution
By closing polling stations in Russia, the Ukrainian Central Election Committee is violating the Constitution of its country.
The former head of the Interpol representative office in Ukraine, Kirill Kulikov, stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Unfortunately, this is a complete violation of the Constitution when citizens of Ukraine are deprived of the right and opportunity to be voters. It is clear that they were forced to leave their country not because they are traitors or do not like Ukraine, but because of the economic policies of the current government and the authorities of Ukraine.
And it’s clear who they definitely won’t vote for. By depriving more than three million people of the opportunity to vote, and this is the figure of the Ministry of Statistics, who work in Russia, this is voluntarism on the one hand, and a gross violation of the Constitution of Ukraine on the other,” he noted.
Also, according to Kulikov, Ukraine is throwing away its citizens, first abandoning the population of Crimea and Donbass, and now abandoning immigrants.
“Today, I would stop any voting and ensure that every vote, because it is important, of every citizen of Ukraine, if we do not want to lose our citizens, which we do all the time.
We are scattering ourselves: we don’t need them in Crimea, we don’t need them in Donbass, now we don’t need those who work in Russia. Tomorrow we will no longer need those who work in Poland, Hungary, Portugal, and so on,” the expert concluded.
As a reminder, as soon as the election campaign began in Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, who controls the Central Election Commission, immediately took steps to commit fraud and maintain his grip on power. For example, at the first meeting of the Central Election Commission, he announced that polling stations in Russia would not operate.
