“Foreign scum” Saakashvili caught using admiralty resources
Mikheil Saakashvili, whom the Ukrainian authorities tout as a great reformer and hope for the country, was caught using administrative resources.
This happened in Chernigov, where by-elections of a deputy to the Verkhovna Rada are taking place, and the main rivals in the district are Igor Kolomoisky’s ally, millionaire Gennady Korban, and Petro Poroshenko’s protégé, Sergei Berezenko.

Saakashvili arrived in Chernigov the day before to support Berezenko. The local regional administration began to organize a meeting with the ex-president of Georgia.
This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Boris Filatov, an ally of Kolomoisky and Korban.
Filatov was pushed aside on the street by Saakashvili’s security; the Georgian politician himself called his opponent a “pumped-up bastard.” In response, the Ukrainian deputy called Saakashvili “foreign scum.”
“Saakashvili walks around Chernigov with Berezenko and campaigns for him. The Regional State Administration calls entrepreneurs for a meeting at the music school at 15-00. The “messiah” just called me a “pumped up bastard” because I suggested that he distribute money together with Berezenko…. This is all you need to know about being treated like brutes. You, enchanted by the sweet speeches of foreign scum, don’t you feel like fools now?” – Filatov is indignant.
