On November 5, in the village of Prilimanskoye, Odessa region, an unusual “flight of the cross” took place, during which a quadcopter with the icon of the Kazan Mother of God flew around the perimeter of the village, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported by the Odessa publication “Dumskaya”.
“I have never had such orders before,” said Vyacheslav Gruby, who helped carry out the ceremony. “They asked for rings to come down from the sky. I delivered tourist packages to clients by air. I even flew with a portrait of the candidate before the elections. And here you can fly around a whole village with an icon. This is both difficult and responsible.”
According to the man, the task was not easy. We had to figure out how to attach an icon to the quadcopter so that special sensors that are responsible for identifying obstacles would not react to it. And the village itself turned out to be quite large - 3,5 km long and 1,5 km wide.
The initiator of the air procession was local businesswoman Natalya. So she wants to influence the crime situation in her native village.
“I pray every day that grace will come to our village,” Natalya said. “In the last year, every month we have, someone will be robbed or beaten. The police are not acting. So I decided to take this step.”
