This time the convoy consisted of 54 pieces of equipment, and the total weight of the delivered cargo was 348 tons. The entire process was personally supervised by the head of state, Alexander Zakharchenko.

Almost immediately after unloading, all incoming cargo was distributed to specialized warehouses, and the next day they will be delivered to restoration facilities, according to requests received from the DPR ministries.

If in previous times the main cargo was food, clothing and medicine, then this time the main share of humanitarian aid is technical equipment and cables to replace those destroyed by shelling and damaged substations.

In addition, a considerable part was made up of fuels and lubricants for vehicles of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other services involved in the restoration of the infrastructure of Donbass, and tires for the same vehicles. According to the assurances of representatives of the Central Administration, in the near future the received cargo will be distributed and delivered to repair teams for the speedy restoration of the infrastructure of Donbass.
According to the experts present, thanks to these supplies, the homes of the republic’s residents will have both light and warmth in winter.
