Chiygoz was transferred to a pre-trial detention center
Simferopol, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The exact location of the deputy chairman of the Mejlis, Akhtem Chiygoz, arrested in the “February 26 case,” is still unknown.

Chiygoz's wife, Elmira Ablalimova, former director of the Bakhchisaray Historical and Cultural Reserve, reported this to the online publication Krym.Realii .
According to her, Chiygoz’s relatives were going to give him a parcel to the temporary detention center in Simferopol, but the detention center staff reported that he was not there.
“On February 6, then on February 7 and 8, I called the investigator, he did not answer my calls, I wanted to find out where my husband was, how was his health and what was happening?” Ablyalimova said, adding that on Monday she found out that the spouse was transferred to a pre-trial detention center.
“Today I managed to get through to investigator Bulat Ravilevich Azizov, who is leading this case. He told me that he had been taken to a pre-trial detention center, although he did not specify which city. He asked me to come to him for a personal appointment and find out exactly where my husband is,” the ex-director of the BIKZ clarified.
Now, according to Elmira Ablyalimova, relatives intend to find out where exactly Akhtem Chiygoz is.
