Lviv, March 04 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Carriers on intercity routes in the Lviv region began to cancel flights en masse without coordination with local authorities and without warning passengers.

“In areas at the level of intercity transportation, serious problems with carriers begin. People are calling from all over my district and the problem is the same everywhere - carriers are canceling flights en masse without communicating schedules.
I am making a request to the chairman of the Regional State Administration, since intercity transportation is the competence of the relevant department within the regional state administration and the territorial division of the Ukrtransinspectorate,” People’s Deputy Yaroslav Dubnevich wrote on his Facebook page.
As the publication “zaxid.net” writes, in Lviv itself the situation is also difficult: 33 buses out of 197 were not available to service city road routes.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier in Lviv local activists proposed declaring an action of passenger disobedience.
