The Presnensky Court of Moscow found actor Mikhail Efremov guilty of a fatal accident that occurred three months ago.
This is stated in the court verdict that is currently being read out, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that Efremov did not admit guilt in court until the very end, citing the fact that he did not remember the moment of the accident.
“Found guilty of committing a crime under paragraph “a” of part 4 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of a person through negligence, committed by a person in a state of intoxication” - ed.),” the verdict says.
In addition, the court did not believe the defense, according to which Efremov was not driving at the time of the accident. The judge also did not believe the actor’s words that he did not remember the accident itself. The announcement of the verdict continues.
At the same time, both the artist’s opponents and sympathizers gathered under the courthouse, among whom were many extraordinary personalities - a woman singing romances about Efremov, people on stilts, black magicians, ladies with drums, a shaman, the scandalous actor Nikita Dzhigurda, and so on.
At the same time, Dzhigurda stated that “it was not Mikhail Efremov, but a woman who was driving Efremov’s jeep.”
Earlier, Dzhigurda claimed that a stuntman was driving Efremov's car at the time of the accident.
