“Weapons go through them” – Zelensky boasts of a new railway line to Poland
With Poland serving as an important logistics hub for arms supplies to the Kyiv regime, Ukraine has opened a new railway line to its western neighbor.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced this at a joint press conference with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I thank the Polish people for the key logistical importance of Poland. It is through your roads and ports that aid comes to Ukraine from all over the world. This includes military, energy, and medical assistance. This is all very serious and very important,” he said.
Zelensky noted that, despite the war, communications and supplies of weapons not only continue, but new railway lines are being built that will help increase capacity.
“We noted the achievements in cooperation between the Ukrainian and Polish railways, in particular the opening of a new Kyiv-Warsaw railway connection through Rava Russkaya. We expect that the message will be fully operational in the coming months,” he concluded.
