“Suitcase-station-Maldives!” – Ukrainian Nazis marched against Poroshenko
Several thousand representatives of far-right Ukrainian organizations and parties took part in a march in the center of Kyiv today. The event is called an “anti-oligarchic march”; one of the main slogans at the head of the columns is addressed to President Petro Poroshenko - “Suitcase-station-Maldives!”, hinting at his fabulous spending on New Year’s holidays abroad during the continuation of the war in Donbass.
The irony is that most Ukrainian nationalist parties are suspected of having ties to one oligarch or another. Thus, members of the Party of Regions previously admitted that at one time they helped the growth of Svoboda’s ratings. Azov militants are targeting the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kharkov oligarch Arsen Avakov. The C14 group is “protected” by the SBU, which reports to the oligarch President Poroshenko, etc.
Let us note that nationalists held a similar procession last year. It ended with the reading of a loud “ultimatum” from the rostrum of parliament, which, as subsequent months showed, did not in the least frighten the oligarchs and “traitors to the Maidan.”
