People's Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Andrey Pavlovsky reported this on his page on the social network.
“The entire Bankovaya street is lined with military equipment, Institutskaya is behind bars, Khreshchatyk is blocked, Mariinsky Park is filled with cop buses... They really fear their own people more than Putin!” he wrote.
The politician also published a photo of a column of military equipment on Bankovaya.
