This opinion was expressed on TV channel 112 by former first vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Adam Martynyuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, the entire Ukrainian government today acts outside the framework of the norms of the Constitution.

“We returned to the 2004 Constitution without any respect for constitutional norms. For example, now the president has the right to declare martial law without the consent of the Verkhovna Rada. This is a violation of the Constitution. The same applies to medical reform - the Constitution states that it is free, what is being done with medicine today is a direct violation of the Constitution. And so on and so forth,” said Martynyuk.
