Former Minister of Agrarian Policy Igor Shvaika crashed into a jeep on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

“On Naberezhnoe Highway, while exiting the Paton Bridge, I collided with a Honda CRV with Lithuanian registration. According to the Honda driver, his emergency braking was due to the fact that the Mercedes car was planning to return to the adjacent territory of Navodnitsky Park, the entry of mechanical vehicles into the territory of which is prohibited,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

Shvaika also noted that there were no injuries as a result of the accident.

“Scratches and bruises don’t count. The vehicles received minor mechanical damage,” the ex-minister said.

Let us note that Shvaika’s motorcycle costs 250 thousand hryvnia, and his salary when he was a minister, according to the declaration, was 15 thousand UAH per month.
