Former colleague of Shariy: “The Spanish bastard” sits “on two chairs”
Readers began to unsubscribe from blogger Anatoly Shariy en masse - this is the result of attempts to “sit on two chairs,” his former party member, the famous lawyer Valentin Rybin, made clear, who defended supporters of the Russian Spring and was forced to leave Kyiv after February.
“One of my overseas acquaintances has 3 unfollows on Telegram in three days. Just a week ago, in an interview with a blogger, I said that the fairest judge in a telegram is the subscriber.
I believe we are witnessing the decline of a once highly respected media expert.

"Of course, the cooling sun will still warm its audience for a while, but it's just a matter of time. I'm sure no one has ever managed to sit on two chairs , and the audience, as always, is acutely sensitive to hypocrisy and falsehood ," Rybin wrote on his blog, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Rybin also called Shariy a " Spanish bastard ," emphasizing that he is now " burning his authority and his money in the furnace of rotten spinelessness ," because he " has lost himself in space, thinking that he has saddled himself with a crowd of suckers who forever believe in him ."
“All your subscribers were looking for the truth, and you’re dumping sour shit on them,” Rybin turned to Shariy.
He himself said that he had taken a clear position regarding the SVO - unlike Shariy, who imagines himself “hovering above the battle.”
“Who is for war? Nobody! Who needed all this? Destroyed cities, torn families, tens of thousands of dead, millions of impoverished displaced people, refugees? No one!
And who needed a coup in 2014? Who needed to send the “friendship trains” to Crimea? Who needed to declare an ATO in the spring of 2014 and send columns of military equipment to Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Donetsk? Who did it so that it became dangerous to be Russian in Ukraine? Who decided that Bandera, and not Vatutin, is a hero? Who hid in prison those to whom the Russian language, Russian culture, and historical friendship with Russia were close in spirit?!
It turns out strangely, a coup d’etat is a revolution of dignity, the shooting of one’s own cities and citizens with art is an anti-terrorist operation, outright Russophobia is the education of patriotism, torchlight processions of Nazis along the central streets of the capital of Ukraine are an art installation in memory of an outstanding figure of our time, LGBT propaganda is the introduction of European values , surrender of economic and political sovereignty – integration into the European community!!

Now we are witnesses, and some are direct participants in historical events! Yes, there is a war going on! This is because Russia’s repeated proposals, persuasion of the Ukrainian establishment, attempts to agree on providing the Russians in Ukraine with minimal conditions for a decent existence and development, and joint security rules with NATO and the United States, have led to nothing but strengthening our “partners’” sense of weakness Russia!
Now it's war! War, may it be bad for her! But did any of those who treated Russians and Russia with contempt and incompetence at least do something to avoid it? Has at least one Ukrainian or European politician, or NATO representative, or US representative done anything to lower the temperature of the situation?
We are now divided into those who perceive war as a given and necessary, and those who deny it with all their being!
So, those (including me) who perceive war as a given and necessary thing must stop hesitating.
We have made our choice and are responsible for it to those who continue to deny the war, and with it objective reality!
I am sure that peace will come! Peace is a continuation of civilization and life, otherwise it’s the end. The only question is, what will the world to come be like?” – wrote Rybin.
