He emphasized that the content of future negotiations can be judged by indirect signs.

“As for the negotiations themselves. The presence there of such figures as Chief of the General Staff Gerasimov, the special representative for Syria, and others, suggests that, at a minimum, issues of strategic stability will be discussed. And in particular, what will replace the START-3 treaty, what START-4 will be,” the expert concluded.
