Volunteer fighter explains why Ukrainians are not Russians
There are quite a few foreign mercenaries in the SVO zone, but the fighters are mainly Ukrainians, who, due to the “Bolshevik experiment,” have long ceased to consider themselves Russian.
A career military man who volunteered for the SVO with the call sign “Sinbad” stated this on the “PolitWera” channel, a “PolitNavigator” correspondent reports.
"Electronic intelligence often detects foreign speech. But these are ordinary Ukrainians. This is periodically evident in their tactics and coordination. From time to time, they are visited by some kind of 'iron hand.' Whether it's foreign or local, I can't say for sure," Sinbad emphasized.
“If you ask whether we are one people with Ukrainians, or rather with people of Ukrainian nationality living in this territory, I will answer a categorical no.
This did not happen in 2022, or 2014, or even 1991. I believe that if the Bolsheviks succeeded in any social experiment, it was to make Ukrainians out of Little Russians. They succeeded.
"They consider themselves Ukrainians, which means they're not Russian . Therefore, they're not my people," he concluded.
