Blinken went to Kyiv to send signals to everyone after Trump - political scientist
The visit of United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Kyiv ended the “Trump era of indifference” in US-Ukrainian relations.
UIAMP Director Ruslan Bortnik stated this in a comment to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The main results of Blinken’s visit are acquaintance with the Office of the President and his entourage. Blinken conveyed signals from the American administration. These signals are directed both to the Ukrainian elite - regarding judicial and constitutional reform, control over state-owned companies, the fight against oligarchs, and signals directed outside of Ukraine, for Russia... in terms of continuing US military-political support for Ukraine in the confrontation with Russia, support for the Orthodox Church of Ukraine as an element of religious confrontation with Russia.
Here are the key results of the visit. No breakthroughs took place, but at the same time, we can state that the “Trump era of indifference” in American-Ukrainian relations is over. The United States is returning to active Ukrainian politics,” the political scientist concludes.
