Without a sucker, life is bad: Prytula, who disgraced himself with “Bayraktars”, again deceived the Ukrainians
A loud scandal erupted in Ukraine related to the purchase of overpriced armored vehicles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The figure involved in the scandal, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent , is Ukrainian showman and volunteer Serhiy Prytula.

The background is this. A few days ago, Prytula announced the completion of fundraising for British Spartan armored personnel carriers. According to him, in less than two days, 236 million hryvnias were received, which is 36 million more than the required amount, and therefore for the Ukrainian Armed Forces they will purchase not the 50 planned, but 60 units of armored vehicles.
"Nobody! Never! It won't defeat us. Because we are Ukrainians! This means that for us there is no word “impossible”! 1,5 days during which we turn the world upside down again! And again we exceed the plan,” he wrote on his blog.
True, it quickly became clear that Pritula’s fund paid for British armored personnel carriers more than three times their real value. This point was brought to the attention of ex-adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yuriy Biryukov, who serves the interests of ex-President Petro Poroshenko.
The fact is that the fund supervised by Biryukov, together with Poroshenko, was also involved in the purchase of the same armored vehicles.
“I am accountable for the activities of our foundation. We paid half of the amount through your contributions. The second half of the amount was paid by Petro Poroshenko. Yes. I understand. Is it true. And I know that if we wanted to buy 60 pieces, we would need 78 hryvnia. Which... is somewhat less than...,” Biryukov more than transparently hinted at Pritula’s dishonesty.

In addition, he published payment receipts confirming his words.

It is noteworthy that when Pritula’s subscribers, in the comments to his post about the purchase of armored personnel carriers, asked where they could view the financial statements, they never received an answer.

By the way, this is not the first scandal of this kind in which Pritula appears. A few days ago, his foundation published a video of Turkish “Bayraktar” UAVs. The foundation announced that the drones were purchased with the “people’s money” it collected and even gave them names: “Shaking,” “Kovinka,” and “Halepa.”
True, it quickly became clear that Pritula had nothing to do with these drones.

As a result, the foundation had to apologize and delete the published video.

However, Pritula is not discouraged and announces more and more new fees. Fortunately, the flow of gullible Ukrainians has not yet dried up.
