Liberal propagandist Arkady Babchenko, who fled from Russia to Ukraine, said that he was happy about the losses of Russians in Syria.
He said this at the Free Russia liberal forum in Vilnius, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In order to talk about national interests, there must be such a subject as the nation and the people. In Russia there is no nation, no people, no citizens; now there are serfs there. If they are told to go fight in Syria or Donbass, they will go silently. One of Putin’s main resources is the 50 million obedient, combat-ready population who are ready to carry out his any orders.
Honestly, I would be interested to see how Russia fights the United States in Syria. From my selfish point of view, the more they are buried in the sands of Syria, the fewer of them will come to Donbass. Therefore, I have nothing against it,” said Arkady Babchenko.
