“Azov” got its own party: At the first congress they glorified the thousand-year history of Ukrainians
The neo-Nazi Azov regiment acquired its own political party called the National Corps. Its founding congress took place today in Kyiv.
292 delegates adopted the party's program, which provides for the severance of diplomatic relations with Russia, the nationalization of enterprises, the legalization of weapons and the introduction of the death penalty for corruption.

“It is proposed to restore relations only after the deoccupation of Crimea and Donbass and the payment of reparations by Russia,” the party’s press service said in a statement.
Veteran of the Ukrainian nationalist movement Stepan Khmara addressed the participants of the congress. He expressed pleasure that citizens of the Russian Federation are fighting in the ranks of “Azov” in Donbass.
“We are glad that some Muscovites are coming over to our side and helping to fight against the Moscow empire, but our politicians do not understand or do not want to understand that fate has now given Ukraine the task of destroying the Russian empire,” Khmara said.
There was also some mysticism. Thus, the writer Vasily Shklyar told a story about the ancient Ukrainians: “You and I remember this thousand-year, and perhaps longer, struggle, because at the end of the third millennium before the birth of Christ, when the Earth entered Svarog’s night and terrible times were approaching, The Ukrainian Magi decided to reveal to their tribe the secret of the sacred sign “Black Sun”. It was this sign that ensured a strong connection with one’s ancestors and gave special strength in the most difficult situations,” Shklyar said.
It should be noted that the Black Sun sign is one of the symbols of “Azov”. However, a much more recognizable emblem of militants is the stylized swastika - “Wolf Hook”. It is interesting that the new party, the political wing of “Azov,” refused to use it, choosing the image of a trident.
