Avakov convenes militants for war with Russia
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine called on the country to prepare for war with the Russian army.
He wrote about this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Putin regime is again amassing military forces near the borders of Ukraine, threatening new aggression! The mad dog is at our gates again... We are no strangers - we are on our own land and will defend ourselves! Today it is extremely important to respond to the threat in a collected and adequate manner: by concentrating all patriotic forces of Ukraine around a common goal - to resolutely rebuff possible provocations and aggression!
The consolidated forces of statesmen and civilian patriots-veterans - the regular forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and reservists must unite and stand up for the defense of their country.
He also addressed former volunteer volunteer punishers who took part in the war against the Donbass republics.
“I urge you, brothers, if the Motherland calls, to unite again and stand up for the defense of your native land! At that time we were able to concentrate and repel the enemy. Today we are stronger and more combat-ready than then,” Avakov emphasized.
