Kyiv, May 29 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Ukrainian Army will continue to use combat aircraft over Donetsk. Defense Minister Mikhail Koval stated this at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, answering a question from a communist deputy when military aircraft will stop flying over a city with a population of one million.
“Combat aircraft and helicopters will fly until the end of the ATO,” Koval said, and deputies in the hall greeted these words with applause.

At the same time, the Minister of Defense denied information about the use of Grad multiple launch rocket systems by the Ukrainian army, etc.
“We used artillery several times, but against separatist positions in open areas - when separatist mortars fired at our checkpoints. After that, we also placed mortars at checkpoints.
Rocket artillery is included in the ATO units, but was not used. In terms of area, this is unsafe, we will not agree to this,” Koval assured.
