The Ukrainian army bought 20 million UAH worth of coal that does not burn
Kyiv, January 22 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – While soldiers of the Ukrainian army from Western Ukraine are dying in the civil war in the Donbass, the Western Housing and Maintenance Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Rivne bought 16 thousand tons of coal, which does not burn, for heating military camps.

Journalists of the portal “Nashi Groshi” report that in early December, the Western Housing and Maintenance Services of the Military Forces of Ukraine purchased coal from the ZVZ company in the amount of more than 20 million UAH. The coal was intended for heating, but it turned out that it did not burn, since the ash content of the supplied fuel exceeded the norm by at least one and a half times. The auctions were not conducted on a tender basis, but by direct agreement.
Journalists note that the ZVZ company has already been involved in scandalous tenders for the supply of coal to the Lviv Regional State Administration. While soldiers from Western Ukraine are dying in the Donbass, military camps in their homeland may be left without heating.
